The National Institute of Standards and Technology (and enforced by the Colorado Department of Agriculture) has mandated that all nursery containers be called by a name that accurately denotes the true volume of the container. No longer can we call a plant a “5 Gallon” plant or a “#5” plant. We now have to list the size of the pot in both English and metric units. The following is a listing of the true volumes of the various pots sizes we sell. We apologize for any confusion this may cause.
